JUNG SAM DOOCEO

During his more than 20 years’ experience in the power sector, Mr. Jung has successfully designed, constructed, developed and operated private power projects in Korea and across the globe such as the United States, Australia, Chile, Pakistan, Jordan, Mexico, Senegal and so on. Having a strong engineering background, he worked for DL E&C, which is a top-class global EPC company, before joining DL Energy. His previous experience covers combined cycles, coal fired power plants, and hydroelectric powers ranging from 40 MW to 1,800 MW with the in-depth expertise.

Also he had handled the sale of the power asset and managing the operating assets in DL Energy.

Currently, he is the CEO of Pocheon Power which is the invested pivotal asset of DL Energy consisting of 4 G-class GTGs and 2 STGs with 1,560 MW and has been in charge of all areas of technical operation and maintenance.
Chisang JoPresident of Finance

Mr. Chisang Jo graduated from Pusan University with a degree in Economics and got a master's degree in social welfare from Yonsei University. And began his career at Korea Development Bank (KDB) in 1991. After working at KDB for 31 years, Mr. Jo was promoted to Director for KDB’s Pension&Trust Business Center. In 2022, Mr. Jo was appointed the vice president for finance of Pocheon Power, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and funds.
Daesic JangPresident of Technical Operation

Mr. Daesic Jang graduated from Seoul National University of Science & Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. And began his career at Yeongnam & Incheon Thermal Power Plant of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) in 1987. Afterwards, he moved to the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation’s power generation facility inspection team, where he worked for about 18 years. Since moving to Pocheon Power, where he is currently employed, in 2018, he has served as the head of the power generation part and power generation operation team, and is faithfully carrying out his role as head of the technology division.

Mr. Ha brings a wealth of experience in driving business development, trading, M&A, and operational activities across the entire energy business value chain.

Specifically, he has gained valuable expertise in LNG liquefaction & power projects, Natural gas marketing, and LNG procurement from three prominent companies including Samsung C&T and GS Energy, covering activities from Upstream to Downstream.

Beyond traditional energy ventures, Mr. Ha also possesses investment and post-merger integration (PMI) experience in the Energy transition sector, particularly in Virtual Power Plant (VPP) projects and EV charging operations.
