    Pocheon Power CEO Yeondal Park
    Mr. Park was appointed as CEO of Pocheon Power in 2020. Before joining Pocheon Power, he has built his career in Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) since 1986. Also, he worked for Korea Western Power (KOWEPO) from 2001 to 2020 as a leader of Strategic planning, financial budgeting, HR, and information security. About his educational background, he graduated from Korea University with a degree in Sociology and completed Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Seoul National University.

    Donghae Lee
    Mr. Donghae Lee graduated from Yeungnam University with a degree in Economics and went on to study for his MBA at university of Oregon. After completing his MBA, he began his career at Korea Development Bank (KDB) in 1989 and got promoted to Director of KDB’s Maritime Finance Center after working at KDB for 30 years. In 2019, Mr. Lee, who was appointed the vice president of finance at Pocheon Power, was mainly responsible for overseeing all financial operations and funds.

    Mr. Lee graduated from Hongik University with a master’s degree in electrical engineering. He began working for the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) in 1991 and built his career there for more than 21 years (1991-2011). While he was working at KEPCO, he successfully performed O&M work in Seoinchon & Sinincheon CCPP and his duty as technical support for stable operation of the domestic and foreign power plants. In 2012, he joined Samsung Engineering and successfully completed the project as a commissioning manager for overseas power generation projects in Mexico (Norte II), Saudi Arabia (Shaybah, Cogen),and Chile (Kelar) for about five years. After his success, his new challenge began as he joined DL Energy in 2017:carrying out O&M and e-power trading at Pocheon CCPP and greatly contributing to the stability of the company's management. Successfully accomplishing his duties, in 2019, he was appointed the vice president for technical operation of Pocheon Power and has been in charge of all areas of technical operation and maintenance.

    Myonghun Lee
    Mr. Myonghun Lee is CEO of Poseung Green Power. He has led the company as a vice president since it was under construction. He graduated from Seoul National University. After graduation, he built his career in DL Group for 22 years with a focus on business development. Especially, when he worked in DL Energy, he was in charge of many projects in various country as a Project Manager.

    Youngman Kim
    Mr. Youngman Kim is a vice president of Poseung Green Power leading the Technical Part, consisting of mechanic, instrument, electricity and operation of the power plant. He has built his career in KEPCO Plant Service & Engineering for nearly 30 years. Due to his rich experiences of mechanical engineering, He joined DL Energy in 2017 and led Mechanic Team in Pocheon Power.

    CEO Sean Kim
    Mr. Sean Kim was appointed CEO of DL Energy in 2013 when it was first established. Currently, he is a Vice-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of DL Chemical and DL Energy respectively, leading the IPP development and Petrochemical Business. Based on his extensive experience more than 20 years in the fields of business development, M&A, investment and management at SoftBank Venture capital Korea and BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking, he has brought diverse experience to DL Energy. About his educational background, he graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in business administration and received his MBA at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

    Joon Seuk Byun
    Mr. Byun joined DL Energy in 2017 as a vice president of the company’s global business development. He has more than 20 years of experience of global business strategy & development and M&A through his career in SK Group and Deloitte Consulting. His experiences and knowledge from various industries such as Resource, Infrastructure, and IPP will be valuable addition to DL Energy’s leadership.

    Bonghee Lee
    From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Bonghee Lee worked for Samsung Engineering in Korea and obtained an MBA degree from Soongsil University. While he was in Samsung Engineering, his position was commissioning manager of SLP 200MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, commissioning and operation manager, PTW (permit to work) manager of Norte Ⅱ 450MW Combine Cycle Power Plant, and commissioning manager, Moreover, he also participated in the first Mexico Project of KEPCO from 1992 to 2013 and was in charge of various tasks: a specialist for Steam Turbine Diagnosis, supervisor of operation and management at KEPCO Research Institute, specialist in the field of steam turbine diagnosis for KEPCO, Korea Genco’s power plant in Korea and abroad Taean 1000MW unit 5&6 Coal Fired Power Plant, Korea commissioning and operation of turbine/generator, boiler and their auxiliaries, shift leader of operation department, diagnosis of technical issues of Yeong-weol 400MW Coal Fired & Combined Cycle Power plant, Korea operation of turbine/generator, performance engineer, and operation management.
  • Michael HwangVice President, Head of Corporate Management Division
    Michael Hwang
    As a head of Corporate Management Division, Michael is responsible for corporate strategy, finance, HR, and compliance of DL Energy. Michael joined the company in October 2015. Before joining DL Energy, Michael, as a transaction and finance advisor, worked over 10 years at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Korea and Australia. From Samil PwC, Michael worked various M&A and project finance related projects, which include, but not limited to, Oman Barka3/Sohar2 IPP project (KEXIM), Busan-Gimhae Light Rail Transit (Kookmin Bank), Yong-In Light Rail Transit (Shinhan Bank), and Daegu Dongbu 4th Beltway (Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund). Michael also worked at Samsung Engineering, Nike Korea and Ernst & Young at Palo Alto office in US.
