In October 2018, DL Energy started executing 34MW Solar PV projects in Chile with Grenergy Renovables, a Spanish company, In Chile market, small size project under 9MW can be injected to distribution line directly and enjoy advantages of sale and price.

In March, 2019, DL secured project financing from Mirraeassetdaewoo and equity was invested along with Korea East West Power, which is a 49% equity partner of DL Energy.
The first 9MW project, Santa Rosa, started its commercial operation in April, 2019 and the last projects, Argomedo and SDS(Sol de Septiembre), both started commercial operations in July, 2020

Moreover, DL will make a profit through sales of power generation and carbon emission trading for 25 years after commercial operation.
