Metro and Gul Ahmed Wind Farm(Pakistan)

DL Energy invested in Metro Power Company Limited (MPCL) and Gul Ahmed Wind Power Limited (GAWPL), which are 100MW wind project in total. These projects provide a better-quality energy to approximately 700,000 people, including almost 90,000 people living below the poverty line.

Metro and Gul Ahmed wind farm started commercial operation on September 16, 2016 and October 18, 2016 respectively. Each 50MW plant consists of 20 wind turbines, generating 2.5MW each.
